By submitting a custom design request that includes third-party logos, brand names, characters, or any copyrighted artwork, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and licences from the copyright holder. The Cybernetic Diabetic accepts no liability for designs submitted without proper authorisation, and reserves the right to decline any request that may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
How It Works
How Custom Orders Work
Have an idea for a cover that’s uniquely yours? Our custom order process makes it easy to turn your idea into a finished design.
Share Your Design Idea
Message us with your design request, concept, or reference images before placing your custom order. This allows us to determine if your idea is possible. If you would like us to incorporate an image or artwork, please include confirmation that you have permission to use it.
Pay the Non-Refundable Design Deposit
Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the project, a design deposit is required to begin. This deposit covers the initial design time based on the concept, details, and reference materials you’ve provided.
Review Your 3D Digital Render
We’ll create a 3D digital render of your custom design and send it to you for review and approval.
Approve Your Design & Pay the Remaining Balance
Once you’re happy with the design and give us your approval, you’ll pay the remaining balance for your custom product(s).
Production & Shipping
After final approval and payment, your custom cover will move into production and typically ships within 3–7 business days.
