Refund policy

Custom work, CGM and Insulin Pump covers/holders are non-refundable due to their use near injection sites. If you have an issue with your cover, please contact Customer Service for assistance with your order.  We value customer service highly and will work with you as best we can.

Other non-custom accessories may be returned within 30-Days after contacting and speaking/chatting with Customer Service.
